In a statement, the Agency said the selling price is €2.5 million, the investment programme is worth €5.09 million, and the buyer has unconditionally accepted both the minimal commitments within the social programme and the additional ones.
Two offers were made on a public tender for PIK “Agrounija”, announced on December 31, 2004, - one by “MK Commerce” from Novi Sad, the other by a consortium made up of Belgrade companies “Univerzal Holding”, “Mancoop Agrar”, and “Soko Group”, the statement continues.
At its second session, the tender commission declared “MK Commerce” the first ranked bidder, the statement concludes.
