Serbs from Kosovo to be patient, united

President Aleksandar Vucic said today after talks with representatives of the Serbian people in Kosovo-Metohija that after talks with world leaders held by the end of the month Serbia will present a plan of measures in response to new provocations Pristina.

Vucic said that he heard the views of Serb representatives from Kosovo after Pristina's decision to announce elections for mayors of Serb municipalities in the north of the province and asked them to be patient and not allow a small number of Albanians from this part of the province to elect their representatives in front of the whole world.

The President confirmed that he will be in Berlin on 29 April, together with Prime Minister Anne Brnabic, at a meeting where Hashim Thachi and Ramush Haradinaj will also take part.

He also said that he will hold talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emanuel Macro on 29-30 April, after which he will request for a long meeting with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

After that, I will be ready to present to our people in Kosovo a plan of measures of Serbia, with the aim of not endangering their position, said Vucic.

He said that the situation is very difficult, since the pressure of the West on Pristina no longer exists and that now everyone is talking about continuing the dialogue without mentioning the taxes.

The President said that he will not allow anyone to play with Serbia and that it is most important for him to preserve the reputation of Serbia, the pride and dignity of our people, and the right to live in Kosovo.

He reminded of the five months of terror against Serbia since the introduction by Kosovo of a 100% tax on goods, and that for six years now Albanians have not fulfilled their sole obligation under the Brussels Agreement, which is the formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities.

The President of Serbia assessed that the meaning of everything that Kosovo Albanians are doing is to deprive Serbs in the province of the right to freely think, to have their own head and to mention their state of Serbia.

That is why a campaign against the Serbian List is being held and that is why local elections in the north have been called. Minister Todosijevic was dismissed only because he said the truth about Racak, which everyone knows today, and that is that the whole event was fabricated by William Walker, Vucic said.
