The Serbian Privatisation Agency announced that it signed a sales agreement with a consortium of the Nis Road Company, Emissio Broker and Delta M for 70 percent of the socially-owned capital of the Belgrade Road Company on June 23.
The company was sold for €18.8 million, while the investment programme is worth € 13.070 million. The buyer has accepted the obligatory social programme, as well as a series of additional obligations stemming from it.
Offers at the public tender for the Belgrade Road Company, announced on December 11, 2004, were made by the consortium of the Nis Road Company, Emissio Broker and Delta M, Alpine Mayreder GmbH from Austria and a consortium of Merkata from Belgrade, MAB Miljkovic from Zitkovac and Soja Protein from Becej. The last offer was declared invalid by the tender commission at its first session.
The tender commission approved the tender results and the tender list, declaring the offer of consortium of the Nis Road Company, Emissio Broker and Delta M as first ranked.
