Labus said that it is necessary to establish positive competition between the faculties which would bring about reorganisation and modernisation of curricula, and adjustment to market requirements.
This manifestation also encourages implementation of the active employment policy, which is one of the Serbian government's goals.
The Career Days job fair is a project which aims to offer quality personnel to interested companies and reduce unemployment among young people. The companies have the opportunity to make a direct contact with undergraduates, graduates and postgraduates and offer them a job or make a database on interested candidates. Through on-the-spot polls and interviews students become job candidates in the companies they themselves chose and thus make the first step towards employment.
