The completion of the construction of the bypass around Belgrade is a priority of the government and is one of the most important infrastructure projects, the performance of which will lead to the redirection of traffic from the overburdened city network to the new bypass.
The government also adopted the Bill confirming the Guarantee Agreement (Zemun-Stage 2 Technical and Technical Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
€22 million was approved for financing the second phase of the project, of which €17 million will be earmarked for the completion of the TPS Zemun complex, and €5 million will be invested in the procurement of a management information system for rail passenger transport.
At the meeting, the Bill confirming the Agreement between the Parties to the Convention on Police Cooperation in South East Europe on the automatic exchange of DNA data, dactyloscopic data and data on registered vehicles was adopted.
The athlete Davor Stefanek who won a silver medal in the wrestling at the World Cup in Budapest in October this year and his coach Sreten Damnjanovic were granted a cash prize of €25,000 each in dinar equivalent.
The government also awarded €20,000 in the dinar counter value to the wrestler Viktor Nemes and his coach Vojislav Trajkovic each for winning bronze at the same competition.
The amount of €20,000 will also go to the wrestler Mihail Kajala and his coach Radovan Momirov for winning bronze at the same competition.
