Kostunica reiterated that Belgrade has sent an initiative for starting the dialogue with Pristina. He stressed that standards need to be set up in Kosovo first and that new conditions for the return of expellees and refugees need to be provided.
Busek expressed his full support for Kostunica’s initiative and agreed that standards and conditions for return need to be established first.
He noted that it is Europe’s duty to rebuild damaged Orthodox churches and monasteries in Kosovo-Metohija.
