Five firms sold for 546.3 million dinars

The Serbian Privatisation Agency held the 143rd auction of socially-owned capital today selling five companies for a total of 546.3 million dinars.

Belgrade’s Hotel Srbija was sold to Milos Ljujic for 250 million dinars, up from the starting price of 187.3 million dinars.
Risto Gojkovic bought DUTP Bela Crkva for 53 million dinars, up from the initial price of 6.05 million dinars.
Predrag Subanovic bought Belgrade-based Minel FAD at the starting price of 17.5 million dinars.
Bosilegrad’s Bor was sold to Gojko Rajkovic for the starting price of 843,000 dinars.
A consortium led by Darsy&Platt bought Zmaj from Belgrade for 224.8 million dinars.
The auctions of the other companies offered for sale were declared unsuccessful.
