The Privatisation Agency said that it received two bids for Indjija-based agribusiness Agrounija from Novi Sad’s MK Commerce and a Belgrade-based consortium of Univerzal Holding, Macroop Agrar and Soko Group.
The Agrounija tender commission announced that the first session took place on April 19 and that the final public opening concluded on May 10.
The tender documentation had been purchased by Novi Sad’s MK Commerce, Belgrade-based Univerzal Holding, Delta M in Belgrade and Italian Agrituristica Ligano.
The Privatisation Agency’s financial and legal consultants will make an assessment of the bids within 30 days and present it at the tender commission’s second session.
