At today’s session, the government adopted a Bill on the Red Cross of Serbia as well as the Decree on the prices of oil derivatives, under which the margin for traders will be five dinars per litre.
The government also adopted a series of decrees in the field of agriculture, including the Decree on defining a programme for the development of cattle breeding in 2005 and an amended Decree on milk premiums in 2005, with the aim of raising the efficiency in monitoring the payment of milk premiums.
Also as part of the session, the government adopted the Decree on changes and amendments to the Decree on internal organisations of the ministries and special government services as well as the Decree on fees and other allowances for those employed at state institutions, elected persons, and appointed persons.
The government also gave consent to establishing a joint-stock company, Jat-Catering Beograd.
The government also adopted the Information on sanitisation and other veterinary measures in Srednji Banat’s areas affected by flood.
The government adopted the Information on the need to create a working group on return with the aim of continuing the planned dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina as well as the Information on issuing certificates of the origin of goods for exports to the European Union and other countries with which free trade agreements have been ratified.
The government also approved 10 million dinars from the current budget reserve towards the state’s contribution to the construction of the Saint Sava Temple in Belgrade.
The government passed the Conclusion on offering guarantees to the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY) for General Nebojsa Pavkovic to be released pending trial.
