Bela Palanka Ukras goes private

The Privatisation Agency has signed a sale agreement for Bela Palanka Ukras with the only bidder, a consortium comprising Gusevac-based Drvoprom and Jozo Jukic last week, the agency has announced.
The buyer agreed to pay the starting price of €70,000 and the minimum obligations arising from the social programme. The new owner also agreed to invest €501,000 over the next five years.
