United in preserving cultural heritage in Kosovo-Metohija

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met today with representatives of students of Belgrade and Pristina faculties who last year, during the initiative for admission of Kosovo to UNESCO, organised the campaign “No Kosovo in UNESCO“.
Dacic thanked the students for their great contribution to Serbia’s victory in UNESCO.
The participants in the meeting pointed out that our culture and tradition rest in Kosovo-Metohija and that they are against the initiative that those who have been treating our cultural and spiritual heritage in an inappropriate and violent manner, should now be protecting it through UNESCO.
Dacic announced that he will visit Kosovo-Metohija within the next month and accepted the invitation from students from Kosovo-Metohija to discuss with them various initiatives which Kosovo has launched in order to become a member of international organisations.
