First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic said today that the European integration, good relations with Russia, China and the United States, the protection of Serbian people and holy shrines in Kosovo and strengthening regional cooperation are constant priorities of the Serbian policy.

At the presentation of certificates of completion to students of the Diplomatic Academy, Dacic said that in the circumstances of increasingly complex international relations and raised tensions, Serbia has opted for a principled and balanced foreign policy in which their own interests, and not those of others, constitute the first and foremost priority.
The significance of the results of Serbia's foreign policy in 2015 is respected even by political opponents, said the Minister and pointed out to the significant success of signing the annex to the Brussels agreement on 25 August, which refers to the formation of the Community of Serbian Municipalities in Kosovo.
Dacic also mentioned as achievements prevention of Kosovo's membership in UNESCO, a very successful chairmanship of the OSCE by Serbia, the opening of negotiating chapters 32 and 35, as well as a large number of visits at the highest level.
