Preparations for Serbian-Russian Intergovernmental Committee according to plan

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met today in his capacity as co-chairman of the Serbian-Russian Intergovernmental Committee on Trade, Economic and Scientific-Technical Cooperation, with vice chairman on the Russian part of the committee Vladimir Tkachenko.

The officials discussed issues related to economic cooperation between the two countries, in order to prepare for the upcoming session of the Committee, which will be held on 11 and 12 January in Belgrade, whose co-chairman, besides Dacic, is Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Rogozin.
The officials agreed that prepare for this event are going accoring to plan, and that they will continue the practice of maintaining contacts between representatives of the two sides, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
