Speaking about the successes of Serbia in the international arena, Dacic recalled the opening of negotiation chapters 32 and 35, the successful chairmanship of the OSCE in the complex international circumstances, as well as the prevention of membership of the so-called Kosovo in UNESCO.
He informed members of the Committee about the results of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during the reporting period and underlined that the Ministry was engaged in the realisation of strategic foreign policy goals of Serbia.
Some of these goals are EU integration, development and improvement of relations and cooperation with the countries of the region, most influential countries and other partners in the international community, as well as the preservation of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Serbia.
According to Dacic, during this time Serbia officially took over and successfully carried out the chairmanship of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
Dacic also submitted the Report on organisational and financial elements of the OSCE Ministerial Council that was held in Belgrade.
The Committee unanimously accepted the Report on the work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1 January to 30 September 2015.
