Udovicki said that Serbian citizens will soon begin to feel how the state saves both their time and money.
We will cut down on paperwork, exchange information among authorities more easily and respond to the citizens' requests more quickly, Udovicki said.
The fact that Serbia is thus aligning itself to the EU legislative framework is of great significance, Udovicki said.
The implementation of the strategy and the accompanying action plan will reduce complicated bureaucratic procedures and scrap all unnecessary clerk windows through quality services that the citizens and the economy require, she said.
She said that Serbia will get a unique register of citizens, which would contain in one place a basic set of data on all citizens in accordance with existing laws and regulations in this area, according to a statement of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government.
