First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic received a visit from newly-appointed Tunisian Ambassador to Serbia Mohamed Bougamra, thanking him for Tunisia's position on the unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo.

Dacic said that the relations between the two countries are traditionally good.
Dacic expressed confidence that the ambassador will continue activities aimed at boosting cooperation in all areas of mutual interest, noting that he may count on support from all Serbian institutions.
The two officials exchanged views on bilateral and international issues.
Dacic and Bougamra also agreed that political consultations and a joint committee meeting be held in the first half of 2016 in Tunisia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
