Impulse to strengthening ties between Serbia, Saudi Arabia

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met with Prince Sultan Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, President of the Commission of Tourism and Antiquities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and expressed his satisfaction about Prince Sultan's visit, saying it was an additional impulse to strengthening ties between Serbia and Saudi Arabia.

Dacic expressed the readiness of our country to further develop and expand bilateral cooperation with Saudi Arabia, particularly in the fields of economy and investment, and to strengthen cooperation in the field of education, culture and sports.
Serbia wants to protect its cultural, historical and religious monuments in Kosovo-Metohija, Dacic said, informing his guest about Serbia's efforts at UNESCO with respect to that issue, the release said.
Setting the debate on Kosovo's admission to UNESCO aside for a while would make it possible to resolve the issue through the EU-brokered dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a release.
