Dacic thanked Malta on its support to Serbia on its path to the EU.
He asked Toledo to convey to the Maltese Minister of Foreign Affairs Serbia’s petition to support our proposal to postpone the voting for Kosovo’s admission to UNESCO, which is to be examined at the upcoming UNESCO General Conference, until that issue is solved in the negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina.
Toledo informed Dacic that Malta will take over the six-month presidency of the Council of the EU in January 2017.
The both sides confirmed good bilateral relations and the interest in their further improvement, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
