Dacic and Hammond also spoke about Serbia’s role in the region, challenges of the refugee crisis caused by a large influx and transit of refugees from the Middle East and the continuation of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina and application of agreements achieved so far.
Dacic highlighted the need to boost cooperation between Belgrade and London and explained the position of Serbia in the context of the most topical issues.
Hammond conveyed the support of his country to reform processes that will contribute to successful European integration of Serbia, noting that its attitude under the pressure of the refugee crisis and its role in the region influence Serbia’s reputation very favourably.
