Serbia-Slovakia relations traditionally good, friendly

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic received today new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Republic in Serbia Dagmar Repcekova.

In a cordial meeting, both sides agreed that the bilateral relations between the two countries are traditionally good and friendly.
They also expressed satisfaction over intensive and continuous political dialogue at all levels, as well as the necessity of further improvement of all aspects of bilateral, especially economic cooperation.
Dacic also expressed gratitude for the support of Slovakia to European path of Serbia, and the expectation that it will continue in the future.
Repcekova positively assessed Serbia's activities in the capacity of OSCE chair and conveyed the willingness of her country to further develop intensive communication and cooperation with Serbia in all fields, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
