Boosting bilateral relations of Serbia, UAE

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic and UAE Ambassador to Serbia Juma Rashed Aldhaheri agreed today that bilateral relations of the two countries are very good, with a clear perspective of further strengthening.

On this occasion, Aldhaheri conveyed the gratitude of his country’s leadership to support which Serbia has given to the candidacy of the United Arab Emirates for accession into the Human Rights Council.
Other issues in the field of multilateral diplomacy were also discussed, with special emphasis on cooperation between the two countries within the framework of UNESCO.
They exchanged opinions and views on major international and regional issues for which the United Arab Emirates have a special interest, and pointed out the need and importance of the fight against terrorism, according to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
