Addressing the press at the building of the European External Action Service, Vucic said that the two delegations were very close to reaching an agreement on the Community of Serbian Municipalities, which was one the four topics discussed the previous day.
The Pristina delegation did not want to accept even those competencies for the Community of Serbian Municipalities that municipalities have, and these are powers in the field of urban planning, health care and economic development, the Prime Minister specified.
He noted that certain progress has been made regarding telecommunications, but that the agreement has not been finalised.
We managed to save the property of Telekom and we agreed that dialling codes for central Serbia will not be billed as international calls, Vucic explained and reiterated that on the remaining two points of dialogue there was absolutely no progress at all.
The Prime Minister said that he believes that the Pristina side came to Brussels with the intention not to sign the agreement, and underlined that the Belgrade delegation negotiated in good faith and was ready to reach an agreement.
He added that he does not know when the next round of dialogue in Brussels will be held.
