Marko Djuric
Djuric told reporters that instead of the usual form of dialogue, the Belgrade delegation spent several hours at the headquarters of the European External Action Service with close associates, EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy Federica Mogherini, mediator in the dialogue.
Failure of the Kosovo Albanians to attend is an insult and disrespect of the host, he stressed, adding that the government of Kosovo sent exclusively Serb representatives in Kosovo institutions, thus trying to avoid dialogue, rather than sending Deputy Prime Minister Edita Tahiri.
Djuric said that nevertheless he is satisfied with the result of today's talks, and stressed that the experts of the European External Action Service listened with a lot of understanding the views of Belgrade on the structure and powers of the Community of Serbian municipalities, noting that the talks will be continued tomorrow.
