Offers for Belgrade road works company opened

The Privatisation Agency has said that the Tender Commission for Belgrade road works company PZP Beograd publicly opened the three offers that arrived for the purchase of 70 percent of the company’s socially-owned capital.
The offers were submitted by the consortium of Preduzece za Puteve Nis from Nis, Delta M and Belgrade’s Emissio Broker, Austrian Alpine Mayreder Gmbh, and the consortium of Belgrade’s Mercata, Zitkovac-based MAB Miljkovic and Sojaprotein from Becej.
The Tender Commission did not accept the tender documentation submitted by the consortium of Mercata, MAB Miljkovic and Sojaprotein.
Financial and legal consultants of the Privatisation Agency will assess the valid offers within 30 days of their opening. Their assessment will be presented at the Tender Commission’s next session.
