Recommendation to Serbian citizens not to travel to Ukraine

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommended Serbian citizens not to trave l to Ukraine and those Serbian citizens who live and work there to avoid public gatherings and to keep in touch with the Embassy of Serbia in Kiev.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that there is no information that any citizen of Serbia in Ukraine is under threat.
The Serbian Embassy in Kiev, in consultation with the representatives of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro, also maintains regular contact with the citizens of these two countries, given the fact that they do not have diplomatic missions in Ukraine.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs looks at the events in Ukraine with concern and provides full support to political efforts undertaken to overcome the situation and establishing the necessary stability, reads the statement.
