Military Intelligence Agency continues with successful implementation of tasks

Minister of Defence Nebojsa Rodic visited late yesterday the Military Intelligence Agency, where he learned about the working conditions, as well as the capabilities and capacities of the Agency.

A statement by the Ministry of Defence says that Rodic expressed satisfaction with his visit to the Agency and underlined that he will always support its members in their work.
He expressed his belief that the Agency will continue with quality implementation of tasks, as it has been the case so far, in accordance with the missions defined.
The Defence Minister said he is pleased by the fact that many young people are employed in the Agency and underlined that the state should invest in education.
During his visit to the Agency, Rodic learned about the key elements of its functioning, its place in the security-intelligence system of the Republic of Serbia, the legal framework, monitoring and control, powers, functions, mission, organisational structure, and its activities.
Representatives of the Agency showed the Minister of Defence the museum exhibition on the history of military intelligence service in Serbia since 1884 until today.
