Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Mrkic will host Venizelos, who will also meet with Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic.
The main topics will be Serbia's further progress towards European integration, the situation in the region and bilateral relations.
Greece, which has traditionally supported the progress of the Western Balkan countries towards EU membership , took over the six-month presidency of the EU 1 January this year.
Venizelos will be in Belgrade as part of his visit to the Western Balkans, the statement added.
