Government submits several bills for fast-track parliamentary procedure

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on privatisation, Bill on amendments to the Law on bankruptcy, Bill on amendments to the Law on the Privatisation Agency and the Bill on amendments to the Law on the Serbian Export Credit and Insurance Agency.
The government submitted these bills to Serbian Parliament for examination under fast-track procedure.
Other bills adopted at the session are the Bill on the final account of the budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2012, Bill on amendments to the Law on deposit insurance and the Bill on amendments to the Law on investment funds.
The government adopted the Bill on amendments to the Law on the integrated prevention and control of environmental pollution, Bill on amendments to the Law on chemicals, Bill on amendments to the Law on biocidal products and the Bill on amendments to the Law on health care.
The government relieved Ivan Simic of the duty of Acting Director of the Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance, at his own request.
