The government in a caretaker capacity held a session today at which it adopted multiple documents covering various sectors.
The government adopted the Conclusion on the Programme for the allocation and use of funds for the sustainable development and advancement of the hunting sector for subsidies in the field of hunting for 2026, which provides for the planned and systematic implementation of measures aimed at developing hunting and preserving natural resources.
The Programme supports projects designed to improve the status of game populations and their habitats, as well as to develop and enhance the hunting system within the Republic of Serbia.
The government members also adopted the Decree establishing the criteria for determining what constitutes predominant turnover of goods abroad within the meaning of the Law on Value Added Tax (VAT).
Under this Decree, as of 1 January 2027, predominant exporter status will be determined based on data from VAT records rather than financial statements for those taxpayers that establish this status on an annual basis.
At the session, the Conclusion was adopted designating the government as the organiser of the Expo Ticket to Win prize draw, which will be held in conjunction with Specialised Expo 2027 Belgrade.
Citizens will be eligible to participate by registering a valid ticket purchased through official sales channels, and entry into the prize draw will be completed by scanning the ticket code via the Expo 2027 mobile application.
