"Thunder 1" police action in whole of Serbia

Th Ministry of the Interior announced that a simultaneous and coordinated action "Thunder 1" was carried out early this morning in the whole of Serbia.
The statement said that this action carried out by police officers of the Criminal Police, Special Anti-Terrorist Unit, Counter-Terrorist Unit, Gendarmerie and 27 police departments, in cooperation with the competent public prosecutor's offices, and at the request of the Office for coordination of work of security services.
Criminal charges against 115 persons will be filed. A large quantity of narcotics and weapons were seized, and 124 suspects are kept in police detention for 48 hours.
