Bill on general administrative procedure adopted

In order to protect the living standards of citizens with the lowest incomes, the government has adopted at its today's session a decision to pay one-time grants of RSD 4,000 to retirees and beneficiaries whose income is below RSD 15,684 for November.
The government adopted the Bill on general administrative procedure, which should accelerate and modernise administrative procedures and introduces several institutes that guarantee legal certainty.
The government also adopted the Bill amending the Law on National Minority Councils, Bill amending the Law on public administration and Bill amending the Law on civil servants.
It also adopted the Draft law on insurance and the Draft law ratifying the Agreement between the governments of Serbia and Slovenia on mutual protection and exchange of classified information.
