Minister of Defence Nebojsa Rodic and Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia Serge Brammertz agreed today that cooperation in all areas is at a professional level and that there are no unresolved issues.

The Ministry of Defence stated that the two officials concluded that the Serbian authorities are professionally carrying out their duties, both in terms of obligations to the Prosecution and the defence of the accused.
On the eve of the filing of a six-month regular report to the UN Security Council on Serbia's cooperation with the Hague tribunal, an analysis of the implementation of the obligations of the Ministry of Defence was made regarding the commitments of Serbia in meeting international obligations and the establishment of full cooperation with the ICTY, the statement added.
