Amendments to laws on public administration adopted

The Serbian government adopted at today's session the Bill on amendments to the Law on Public Administration and the Bill on amendments to the Law on Civil Servants.
The government adopted the Bill on ratification of the Agreement between the governments of Serbia and the Federal Republic of Germany on the transport of passengers and goods in international road transport.
The government adopted the Resolution on the adoption of the Assumption Agreement on the part of property and part of obligations of Privredna Banka Beograd, as the assignor, Postanska Stedionica as the assignee and the Deposit Insurance Agency, and the Agreement on providing non-repayable financial support between the Deposit Insurance Agency and Postanska Stedionica.
The government appointed Aleksandar Djordjevic director of the Security and Intelligence Agency (BIA) and Milan Markovic director of the Office for Cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.
