Gojko Jankovic turns himself in to The Hague Tribunal

The Serbian government stated that Gojko Jankovic informed the governments of Serbia and Republika Srpska that he has decided to voluntarily turn himself in to The Hague Tribunal in order to help his people and contribute to the fulfilment of international obligations.
The governments of Serbia and Republika Srpska, which have been cooperating intensively on meeting their international obligations to The Hague Tribunal, stated that Jankovic's decision is moral, responsible and in the interests of both the state union of Serbia-Montenegro and of Republika Srpska.
Gojko Jankovic will travel from Republika Srpska to The Hague on March 14.
