Government adopts several judiciary bills

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on amendments to the Law on organisation of courts, Bill on amendments to the Law on judges and the Bill on amendments to the Law on public prosecutor’s office.
The government submitted these bills to Serbian Parliament with the proposal to examine them under emergency procedure.
In addition, the government adopted the text of the Memorandum of understanding between the Republic of Serbia, the City of Smederevo and PKC Wiring Systems Oy from Finland and authorised First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic to sign the memorandum.
