Bill amending Law on Higher Education adopted

The government adopted at today's meeting the Bill amending the Law on Higher Education, which provides that in the academic year 2013/2014 there will be six exams, which creates conditions for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of studying.
The students in the academic year 2012/2013 must achieve a minimum of 48 ECTS credits in order to obtain state budget financing in the school year 2013/2014.
The Bill has been sent to the National Assembly for consideration.
The government also adopted the Bill amending the Law on Public Property.
The government adopted the Bill ratifying Annex 2 of the Agreement on economic and technical cooperation in the field of infrastructure between the Serbian government and the government of the People's Republic of China.
The government made a decision on the appointment of Dejan Ristic as State Secretary in the Ministry of Culture and Communications, and Milovan Milovanovic has been appointed as new Director of the Anti-Money Laundering Agency.
Tomislav Basta was appointed Acting Director of the Public Enterprise "Transnafta" while Milos Tomic is the new Director of the Customs Administratrion of the Ministry of Finance.
