Minister without portfolio responsible for European Integration Branko Ruzic met with a delegation of the Committee on European Affairs of the Parliament of Denmark and thanked Denmark for its support in Serbia's European integration.

Ruzic said that the relations between the two countries have traditionally been good, adding that Serbia expects further support of Denmark to get a date for holding the Intergovernmental Conference.
The Minister pointed out that today is a big day for Serbia, as the explanatory screening opens a new stage on the path to EU membership.
He stressed that the Serbian government is fully prepared and determined to fully implement the necessary reforms in the areas of justice, economy, human and minority rights, and is aware of the importance of the implementation of the Brussels agreement.
