An analysis of activities in the negotiating process was adopted, as well as the Basis for conducting negotiations and concluding the agreement on Serbia’s accession to the European Union. The government established the Coordinating Body for the EU accession process, chaired by the Prime Minister of Serbia.
The government adopted the Bill on seats and territories of courts and public prosecutor’s offices. This law will enable an even workload for all courts in Serbia and citizens will have an easier access to justice. The bill envisages increasing the number of basic courts to 66, and reducing the number of court units.
The government appointed Dusan Rafailovic as state secretary of the Ministry of Transport and Zeljko Radosevic, Maja Timotijevic and Senad Mahmutovic as state secretaries of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management.
The government also decided to appoint Ljubisa Milosavljevic, Nikola Corsovic and Niksa Vusurevic as state secretaries of the Ministry of Finance, and Radojko Srbljanovic as state secretary of the Ministry of Economy.
