Amendments to amendments to Law on Ministries sent to parliament

The government discussed at today's meeting the amendments to the Bill amending the Law on Ministries.
Opinions on amendments were submitted to the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
The government at its session today adopted a decision whereby the Ministry of Finance will take the necessary steps in the process of resolving the debts of the company Simpo to state creditors.
A short-term interest-free loan of RSD 1.5 billion has been approved for Simpo Vranje to fully repay the debt in respect of contributions to the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.
The government at its session today adopted a decision whereby the Ministry of Finance will take the necessary steps in the process of settling the debts of the company Simpo to state creditors.
A short-term interest-free loan of RSD 1.5 billion has been approved for Simpo Vranje to fully repay the debt in respect of contributions to the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.
The government agreed that the Development Fund should issue a guarantee in connection with a request Simpo will submit to ensure getting the working capital loan, which is in accordance with the programme of measures for building credit and guarantee potential in the country.
