Stojkovic confirms guarantees for Milutinovic, Ojdanic and Sainovic

Minister of Justice Zoran Stojkovic took part in a debate today at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague about the requests of Milan Milutinovic, Dragoljub Ojdanic and Nikola Sainovic to be released pending trial, and he conveyed guarantees of the Serbian Government that if they are released, the indicted will appear at the trial before the tribunal.

The Ministry of Justice announced that the court will reach a decision concerning the requests of Milutinovic, Ojdanic and Sainovic later on.
Later today, Minister Stojkovic will visit indicted Serbia-Montenegrin citizens in the detention unit of the International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague.
