Government adopts Bill on export, import of goods for dual use

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on export and import of dual-use goods.
The bill is harmonised with European legislation and provides a legal framework for a strict surveillance system in this field and removes the possibility of illegal trade in these goods.
The bill regulates the control of export, import, transit and brokering services and the provision of technical assistance related to dual-use goods.
The government also adopted the Bill on ratification of the Agreement between the governments of Serbia and Morocco on the establishment of a mixed commission for trade, economic and scientific technical cooperation.
