The Serbian government at its session today made the decision that the Directorate for Commodity Reserves buy 59,500 tonnes of commercial wheat at a price of RSD 20 per kilo, tax included.
The Directorate for Commodity Reserves will pay the commercial wheat within 15 days after receipt of complete documentation.
The minimum amount of commercial wheat to be purchased from private persons is five tonnes, and the maximum is 50 tonnes.
The government decided that the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development provides free textbooks for ethnic minorities for the first four years of primary school for the school year 2013/2014, as well as free workbooks for all students the first four grades of elementary schools in the coming school year.
