The two ministers also agreed measures for business research linking in the field of health and pharmaceutical industry.
Other fields perceived as promising for strengthening economic ties are agriculture, food industry, tourism and renewable energy sources.
Debts to Serbian companies were also discussed and the two ministers agreed to continue searching for ways to repay debs to Serbian businessmen that were incurred during the 1980s.
The Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs will continue his visit to Cuba today by meetings with Cuban Parliament Speaker Esteban Lazo, and he will also visit the Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology where he will speak with Director of the Centre Luis Herrera Martinez, it is added in the statement.
