Government adopts National strategy for reform of judiciary in next five years

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the National strategy for reform of the judiciary in next five years.
It also adopted the Bill on offences, Bill on amendments to the Law on public prosecutor’s office, Bill on amendments to the Law on judges and the Bill on amendments to the Law on organisation of courts.
The government also adopted the Bill on amendments to the Law on state survey and cadastre.
The Decree on the design of the uniform and insignia of police officers was also passed.
The government adopted a decision on the formation of the Council for reform of the public administration, which will initiate and propose strategy and measures for the reform of public administration in Serbia. The Council will be chaired by Prime Minister Ivica Dacic.
The government also adopted the Bill on amendments to the Law on state survey and cadastre.
