Vladimir Bozovic and Igor Shunevich
Bozovic, who today ends a two-day working visit to Belarus, said that during the meeting, the officials declared intention to consistently apply the agreement on police cooperation between the two countries, which was signed in March this year.
Both sides expressed interest to establish closer bilateral cooperation, not only through the National Central Bureau of Interpol, but also through direct contacts, to exchange experiences, operational data, as well as joint training.
Belarus fully supports Serbia's efforts to re-examine contentious privatisations, Bozovic said.
Bozovic, on behalf of Serbian Interior Minister Ivica Dacic, invited the representatives of the Ministry of the Interior of Belarus to visit Serbia and attend this year's celebration of the Police Day.
During his visit to Belarus, Bozovic visited the Police Academy in Belarus.
The State Secretary also visited the Special Unit for Combating Terrorism Almaz.
Bozovic also met with the co-chairman of a joint committee for economic cooperation between Belarus and Serbia and Trade Minister Valentin Chekanov.
