Government adopts Proposal of agreement on change of contract related to Komercijalna Banka

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Proposal of the agreement on change of the contract between the Republic of Serbia and IFC Capitalization (Equity) Fund L.P. and DEG – Deutsche Investitions-und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Swedfund International AB related to Komercijalna Banka a.d. Beograd.
The government authorised Minister of Finance and Economy Mladjan Dinkic to sign the agreement on behalf of the government, as a representative of the Republic of Serbia.
