Dacic informs government members about course of dialogue with Pristina

Prime Minister Ivica Dacic informed members of the Cabinet at today’s government session about the course of dialogue to date between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels.
The government at its session today adopted the Bill on seats and territories of courts and public prosecutor’s offices, the Bill amending the Law on organisation of courts, the Bill amending the Law on judges and the Bill amending the Law on public prosecution.
At the meeting it was decided that the minimum wage without taxes and contributions for social insurance for the period March - December 2013 be RSD 115 per labour hour.
The government adopted a conclusion that created the conditions for the Development Bank of Vojvodina (RVB) and the Postanska Stedionica postal savings bank to conclude an agreement on acquiring part of the property and work commitments, in accordance with the Law on takeover of assets and liabilities of certain banks in order to preserve financial stability and the positive opinion of the National Bank of Serbia.
The Serbian government appointed Vladan Kocic as director of the Serbian Meteorological Institute and made a conclusion proposing to the supervisory board of the "Flight Control of Serbia and Montenegro" to appoint Slobodan Cvijan as acting director of this institution.
The decision on establishment of temporary bodies of authority in the municipalities of Djakovica, Decani, Klina, Prizren, Urosevac, Podujevo, Glogovac, Kacanik, Stimlje and Suva Reka was made at the session.
The temporary bodies will perform duties within the jurisdiction of the parliament and executive bodies in these municipalities in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija.
