Bill on seizure, confiscation of proceeds from crime adopted

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on confiscation of the proceeds from crime, and the Bill amending the Law on the organisation and jurisdiction of state authorities in suppression of organised crime, corruption and other especially serious crimes.
The cabinet also adopted the Bill on amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code and the Bill on publication of laws and other regulations and acts.
The government adopted the Bill on ratification of the Agreement between the governments of the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Cyprus on cooperation in the field of maritime transport and the Bill on ratification of the Loan agreement for a programme of water supply and wastewater treatment in medium-sized municipalities in Serbia.
