Minister without Portfolio Sulejman Ugljanin spoke today in Ankara with Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey Bakir Bozdag, who is also in charge of operations of the Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TIKA).

Bozdag underlined that for this year TIKA has set aside €6 million for the realisation of the projects in Serbia that have been launched and for starting new ones.
He stated that works on an elementary school in Novi Pazar and the Centre of Culture in Sjenica were completed two days ago and added that construction of a surgical ward in Novi Pazar is planned too.
Ugljanin, who is also Director of the Office for sustainable development of underdeveloped areas, underlined that the two schools in Novi Pazar financed by TIKA are an excellent undertaking which means a lot to the local citizens.
The Minister called on TIKA to continue to work continuously in all 46 underdeveloped municipalities in Serbia whose total population is around 1 million, because that improves the overall climate, makes the life easier and motivates others to help too, reads a statement by the Office of the Minister without Portfolio.
