Action plan to address problem of pensions earned in Kosovo-Metohija adopted

The Serbian government adopted at its session today the Bill on special measures to prevent the committing of crimes of sexual abuse against minors and the Bill on ratification of the Convention on the Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Inter-Country Adoption.
The government also adopted the bills amending the Law on public notaries, amending the Law on innovation and the Law on ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation on natural gas supplies from the Russian Federation.
The government adopted an action plan to address the problem of pensions earned in Kosovo-Metohija.
The plan specifies the methods and procedures for determining eligibility for the use of pension and disability insurance users in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija, who hold that right and whose payments were suspended.
Pension beneficiaries will be notified about necessary documentation that needs to be submitted to the Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.
